What other experience is helpful to On3?

We like to see experience in all the presentation tier technologies when we hire our software developers, architects, mentors, and instructors. Additionally, experience in any of the middle tier technologies are very helpful – LiveCycle Data Services (LCDS) is the default for Adobe technologies like ColdFusion and LiveCycle Enterprise Suite 2 (LCES2) or generic data sources like Java. Finally, all of the Data tier technologies are interesting to us, too (Oracle, SAP, Ilog, Java, PHP, and ColdFusion) We love to see certifications in software and technology platforms whenever possible because the certified candidate has proven their proficiency to a manufacturers standard.
